Warranty Returns
If a product is confirmed to have a warranty-related fault and the return is approved by our team, we will cover the return shipping cost and arrange courier pickup using our partnered providers (e.g. NZ Post, NZ Couriers, Mainfreight, or Aramex). The return will be collected from your original delivery address.
If the return is due to customer error or a change of mind, return shipping will be at the customer’s own expense.
You may request a replacement or refund (including original shipping) if:
- The product is faulty or not of acceptable quality
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose
- The item does not match its description or sample
- The item was damaged in transit
- You can provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number, invoice, or receipt)
Return Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, returned items must be:
- In clean, unused, saleable condition
- In the original packaging, with all manuals and accessories included
We reserve the right to decline a return if the product does not meet these conditions.
Damaged in Transit?
If your item arrives damaged, please email photos of the damaged item and packaging to us at unleash.auto@hotmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you with a claim.
